My knees are feeling the increased mileage I am adding to my training. There is a fine balance between pushing through the pain and preventing injury. Once I get moving on the treadmill, the knees seem to relax. With that, I think it is just my body adjusting.
The more energy I put into myself, the better I feel. Results are showing on the scale as well but the greatest measure is my mood, attitude and patience.
I have also discovered that I need to control chaos in my life. When the house is cluttered and messy I feel lost. When I go to bed with a clean kitchen and a tidy living room, I wake up free from a needed clean up.
